Georgia Dance Unlimited began in the fall of 2007 . We offer classes at 4 locations in Gwinnett County including our studio location in Dacula that opened the Fall of 2013!
We offer professional dance instruction in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop and Lyrical from ages 3 to adult as well as Tiny Ballerina (Mommy and Me) class for 2 year olds.
Classes are taught by a qualified dance instructor to ensure your dancer receives the best training possible.
All of the music we use and costumes our dancers wear are age appropriate.
Georgia Dance Unlimited Philosophy
Dance is more than learning how to do a perfect pirouette, stand on your toes, or do a beautiful grand jeté through the air. Dance teaches discipline, teamwork, patience, and hard work. It is a great way to keep healthy. It builds confidence, positive self-esteem and encourages creativity. All of these are qualities that I try to instill in my students when they walk into my class each week. These things will not only make them beautiful dancers on stage but will make them beautiful people outside the dance studio. My curriculum for each dance style begins with a strong foundation of mastering basic steps and movements, utilizing technically correct terminology, and striving for correct body placement. As students progress, the difficulty of the steps and the speed at which they learn them will increase. At the same time, they will always continue to perfect what they already know. There is always a way to improve your dancing!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: 🩷💚🎓My name is… Elizabeth TysonI have been dancing at GDU for…. 16 yearsFavorite style of dance is… JazzFavorite competition dance would have to be… Evermore or MisdemeanorFavorite recital theme was… Totally 80sSome of my favorite GDU memories include… Winning a championship at nationals, dancing at Disney Springs, and dancing with all five (yes five) of my siblings throughout my time here My advice to younger dancers would be… I would say to young dancers to always believe in yourself! It gets tough sometimes in this crazy world of dance but just know you are an incredible dancer, regardless of what anyone else might tell you 🤍What are your plans after graduation?I will be attending business school online while continuing to teach at GDU, and continuing my dance career with whatever work I can get dancing! ...
