Braselton Christmas Parade: Saturday Nov 15th
We are excited to be participating the Braselton Christmas Parade.
Below is the information for GDU dancers…Please read through it carefully
*The parade is on Saturday Nov 15th at 10:30 dancers should arrive by 10:00 am
*Parade Route:
Route: (1.15 mi) From Cherry Drive, right on Hwy. 53, right on Henry Street (past Town Hall), right on Harrison Street by Braselton Park, left on Davis Street, right on Hwy. 124, left into Free Chapel parking lot.
*Dancers ages 5 and under can ride in our trailer or walk with a parent. If parents want to walk with your dancer, wagons are a good idea for the little ones to ride in.
Dancers ages 6-10 can walk in the parade with an adult.
Dancers ages 11 and up are able to walk without an adult.
*Dancers should wear an old dance costume, GDU shirts (see below to order optional pink GDU holiday shirt)
*We are allowed to pass out candy along the route if you are walking, dancers can’t throw candy from the trailer. Each dancer is responsible for bringing their own candy to pass out.
* Parents/siblings walking in the parade please wear GDU shirts or Christmas attire.
